The board of NTNU is now working with the most important board meeting since 1995. They are deciding if NTNU will merge with University colleges (HIST, HiAa, HiG) or if we will continue as it is. Rector Gunnar Bovim has clearly suggested the merging alternative. If there will be merging, NTNU can become the biggest university in Norway. There are a lot of possibilities and a lot of risks. If anybody at IDI has questions I will be available the whole Friday for individual chats. I am considering about setting up a general meeting if there is interest for this.
