Norway tops the global happiness rankings for 2017 in the World Happiness Report. Denmark, Sweden, Finland are all among the first 9 countries. The European Computer Science Summit (ECSS) of Informatics Europe will be organized in Gothenburg, Sweden in the Nordic countries.
