Stella Maris

Stella Maris, a book I would never have read if I had not received it as present. A book that challenges me, I read it in Norwegian, but I think in English it would be even more difficult. A book about a girl who is so intelligent that she does not manage to live among normal people. A book about mental and emotional health. A book that is a continuos dialogue between a patient and a terapeut. A book about mathematics, science, healing, and family relations. A book written by an author, McCarthy whom I had never read, and who wrote this book when 89 years old. I think I will go back and read the Passenger (which I also have but I decided to start from Stella Maris as it was about a girl so easier for me) and other books of this prize winning author.
